Feverfew was born from a deep sense of responsibility, when founder Rachel realised how unsustainable our lives have become, and wanted to go back to her family home and live off the land as much as possible. New to this intense amount of gardening, she quickly noticed how most harder-wearing garden apparel brands are designed for men- this was the spark that ignited Feverfew.
Choosing the Right Size:
Our gloves have been tirelessly designed to be the perfect fit for female hands. Because of this, you may find you need to size up from your normal if you are used to wearing unisex sizes.
To work out your size, measure around the widest part of your hand which is usually the knuckles, and then from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your hand.
Refer to the chart below and choose your size based on the largest number.
If in doubt - we'd recommend sizing up!
All products are dispatched next working day, excluding Fermob furniture, which is made to order so is subject to a lead time. hortus was initially created as a shop window for our garden design and construction services, whilst also allowing us to indulge our passion for beautifully designed products. Independently owned by Julia Keen and Brian Hamilton, hortus is now established as one of the finest gardening stores in the country.
Our store
In our bricks and mortar store, we also stock indoor and outdoor plants, as well as a weekly fresh cut flower offering. We're always on hand to offer any advice you may need on taking care of your plants.
