Darkroom Chocolate
Darkroom founders, Natalie and Mike (and rescue dog Pumpkin) are renegade chocolatiers. Selling only to independents, with no higher-ups or supermarkets to control what they do, they make their chocolate exactly how they want to- always with just two ingredients. They take beans and sugar and blend them perfectly, so that the qualities from their origins shine through, with no need to add any dairy, nuts, oils or fruits. Think of this chocolate like a low-intervention wine or a small batch roasted coffee. It's faff and fuss free, but packed with flavour.
